Fibromyalgia is a condition that causes pain in the muscles without any inflammation being detected. Some people diagnosed with fibromyalgia report sharp phantom shooting pains, stiffness, or tenderness of muscles and as many as ninety percent of patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia report suffering from chronic fatigue or depression.
